About Tucker Consulting Group

Founded by Kristan Tucker, Esq.

Tucker Consulting Group is dedicated to helping organizations implement equitable and compliant programs related to Title IX, the Violence Against Women Act, mandatory child abuse reporting laws, and Titles VI and VII. While our history is in working with schools, we have expanded our reach to serve corporations and non-profit organizations in developing policies that support prevention, promote accountability, and expand awareness about the detrimental effects of sexual and gender-based harassment, discrimination, and interpersonal violence.  We focus on helping institutions address discrimination, harassment, stalking, interpersonal violence, and sexual or physical abuse. Kristan Tucker leads the firm with more than ten years of experience in higher education, compliance, and training facilitation.
